Philip Clark has published a new book about jazz pianist Dave Brubeck. BBC Music Magazine gave a 5* review: 'An articulate, scrupulously researched account based on first-hand information, this book presents Brubeck's contribution to music with the critical insight that it deserves.' Philip is a music journalist who has written for many leading publications including The Wire, Gramophone, MOJO, Jazzwise, The Spectator, Times Literary Supplement and the Financial Times. He regularly writes for the Guardian and the London Review of Books. |
